Volunteer Partnership Connection
With Chaya Dachs
Volunteer Connections pairs volunteers to visit individuals who are homebound or living in healthcare facilities. Together, partners provide companionship, build meaningful relationships, and take part in a meaningful mitzvah.
Smart pairing — volunteers are matched based on compatible schedules.
Weekly visits — each pair coordinates one visit per week.
Flexible settings — choose from several types of visitation opportunities.
Monthly reflection — volunteers meet one Sunday a month for three months to share experiences and learn from one another.
Circle full?
Our Circles are intentionally kept small to encourage meaningful conversation, personal participation and stronger connections, so some fill quickly.
We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone, and we’ll contact you if a space opens or an additional group can be formed.
Good to know
When do Fall Circles start?
Circles begin October 18 and run for six weeks.
Why is there a fee to join?
Let’s Connect! is a volunteer-run organization. The modest fee helps cover basic costs such as materials, technology and publicity, so we can keep offering these programs. If the fee is more than you can manage right now, please reach out to us.
How many women are in each Circle?
We keep Circles small so the group feels warm and personal, with space for everyone’s voice.
Can I join more than one Circle?
Of course! Please take part in any Circle that interests you.
Where do the Circles meet?
Each Circle decides on its own setting — some meet in homes, some outdoors. The coordinator will let you know the location once you register.
What if I need to miss a week?
Life happens. Just get in touch with your coordinator so she knows who to expect. Everyone will be happy to see you the next time.
If the fee is more than you can manage right now, or registration isn’t working, reach out — we’re happy to help.
